GPAP collects personal details during the subscription and enrolment process. This information is required in order to provide further education and information about products and services. All reasonable steps are taken to ensure that the subscription and membership database and personal information are secure.

Surveys may be used to help us improve our level of service to you. We do not intend to collect sensitive information and in the event that you believe that information requested might be sensitive, you are under no obligation to provide it.

Consent and Forms 

Any time a visitor to the GPAP website enters their contact details on a GPAP website form they are given the option to consent for GPAP to process their personal data. This consent enables the website user to be provided with GPAP information and marketing material. If consent is not given, GPAP is unable to provide information on products and services offered. Visitors have the right to withdraw this consent at any time by selecting the unsubscribe link at the bottom of emails sent to you by GPAP. 

Visitors have the ‘right to be forgotten’ and the right to ‘data portability’. Please email GPAP with the subject line ‘right to be forgotten’ should you wish for any personal information to be deleted. Please email GPAP with the subject ‘right to data portability’, regarding data portability requests. Requests may take up to 30 days to process.

Complaints

Should you wish to lodge a privacy complaint, this may be made in writing or by email to GPAP via email. Any privacy complaint will be assessed, reviewed and responded to within 30 days of submission.
