Supervised & Paid Placement Positions
We partner with Australian General Practices in MM 2-7 locations to place IMGs in supervised paid positions. Our comprehensive training and support services ensures IMGs transition smoothly into the Australian general practice environment, helping them to quickly adapt and excel in their roles.
Comprehensive Training & Financial Support
We offer a robust training program coupled with a comprehensive remuneration package from $200,000 for International Medical Graduates. This includes a competitive base salary plus superannuation, sponsorship fees and training fees through the Institute of Medical Education and the RACGP Fellowship Support Program.
Uncapped Earning Potential
With our uncapped bonus structure, IMGs have the opportunity to significantly increase their earnings while contributing to the Australian healthcare system, making it a lucrative career option for international graduates. IMGs on the program will also earn a base salary, ensuring peace of mind during your transition to Australian Medical Practice.
Guaranteed Doctor Retention
We tailor our approach to your practice's unique needs, matching you with an International Medical Graduate (IMG) who aligns with your goals. Our service guarantees a committed contractor medical practitioner for a minimum of 3 years, with most placements lasting 4-6 years.
No Payroll Tax, Sponsorship or Recruitment Fees
We handle sponsorship and employment, so there’s no payroll tax incurred by your practice. We also don’t charge recruitment or hidden fees. The IMG will be contracted to your practice, just like any VR GP, supporting your team and delivering exceptional care to your community.
Ongoing Professional Development
We support the IMG's growth with ongoing education through the Institute of Medical Education and the RACGP Fellowship Support Program. This helps them enhance their practice, achieve specialist registration, and reduce supervision requirements over time.
